What’s new in Constantia Valley?

Constantia Valley is world-renowned for its gourmet delights and excellent wine tasting. From the bottom of the Valley at Steenberg Wine Estate to the top of Constantia Neck, we are spoiled for choice with an array of culinary delights along the iconic wine route.

Spring brings in new beginnings and a fresh start and that is no different in our neck of the woods. After much anticipation, Foxcroft Restaurant and Bakery , which officially opened its doors on 1 October 2016 is open for business in the High Constantia Centre.

It’s the sister restaurant of the supremely chic La Colombe, and we have no doubt it will live up to the hype.

The bakery is equally as impressive as the restaurant and promises treats from macaroons to mouth watering croissants.

So if you’re keen to start your day off with a coffee and a croissant,  or just enjoy lunch here we are happy to include this new culinary delight on one of our tours. Contact us below for more tour information.  We’d love to hear from you and let you know all about our favorite food and wine pairings from all of our favorite restaurants. Email us for tour info here:  bookings@theconstantiawinetour.co.za or info@theconstantiawinetour.co.za

It promises a dining experience that is “casual, welcoming and carefully considered”.
